We have a business which relies on quick communication with customers.
I have recently noticed lots of emails coming from hotmail accounts being delayed by up to 48 hrs before they arrive in our business inbox.
I have just done a test with my own hotmail account. I sent an email to our business, it has still not been delivered, and I sent an email to my Gmail account - it was delivered instantly.
Has our business email been put on a blacklist somewhere? How do I go about solving this?
