If anyone can help me I'd be extremely grateful.  I cannot believe how incredibly difficult it is to get help through Microsoft.  All I have been trying to do is find out why my hotmail account disappeared and if I can have it reactivated.  They keep running me in circles telling me to login and that's the problem to begin with.....I can't login to my old account because it doesn't seem to exist anymore.  So I had to creat a new account to post this question.  Bascially I stopped using my hotmail account for a couple of years and have recently wanted to gain access again because there are some important contacts I need to find however when I login with my old email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** it doesn't recognize it and my old passoword doesn't work.  Does Hotmail even exist anymore?  Is there a way to speak with someone live on this?  Does anyone know if an old account can be reactivated?  Would appreciate any help, thank you!
