Ok, this is happening on hotmail, on my laptop (not an xbox)

Also, it is only happening in one of my hotmail accounts, not the other.  I am posting this question under the account that is working!

In the other, I simply cannot send or reply to emails, it pops up with this message;

It has a red x and states that this content cannot be displayed in a frame.. and I cannot send any email. 

As I can use only hotmail account (.com) but cannot use the other account, I think it must be a User issue, but I have tried every solution I can find on this site, but no help.

I am stuck I cannot send or reply to any emails, and this is a big problem.
