I have windows 8.1 on my Macbook Pro (with Bootcamp) and a gmail account. When my partner sends e-mails using her hotmail it is my name and picture that shows on her entries. This started when I installed new microsoft 8.1 and new microsft office a few weeks ago.

How do we change the picture and name displayed on her hotmail account (which she uses at work and elsewhere too) without accidently deleting all her contacts and saved e-mail?. She doesn't want to change her hotmail to gmail or anything else.

I appreciate all good advice.
