I have lost the password to my account "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***", and whenever I try to reset my password, the message "There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later." will show up, and it has been like this for at least a week now. But when I try to do the same thing to my other hotmail account, "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" (this one I'm using now), the normal get your password back page appears. Please help me with this.
