Hi, I've been using my hotmail, now Outlook, for many years and recently I cannot logged into my hotmail. I tried different approaches including recovery request to retrieve my account but no luck. I tried three times and the automated system has determined that the information I provided was not sufficient for them to validate my account ownership. Now it asked me to wait 24 hours because I tried too many times. Last November, I had the same problem and I was able to retrieve my account.
