My hotmail account has been hacked. It was linked to my facebook so that was also affected. The hacker changed my password and security question's answer too. I have tried to recover via the online recovery form, but I dont use the email account - so I don't remember that many details. The form is returned to me with insufficient information. I would like to just close the account completely and not have the hacker use my identity and emails etc. Please help!
