When I try to attach something to an e-mail I get the message:  Internet Explorer has stopped working, a problem has caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.  What could be causing this?  This does not happen on my laptop.  Also Hotmail has been very slow the last couple of days, anybody else having this problem?
