"Cannot get mail

the connection to the server failed"

 

I have tried deleting the account and re-adding it, nothing works.  This is not the first time we have had this trouble, but I can't remember how it was resolved.  I can find absolutely no support number, chat, email.  When I jump thru the support hoops, it just tells me to find it myself.......GEE THANKS!!
