For several weeks I and many others have been trying to resolve the problems associated with passwords and no access to accounts that were originally linked in hotmail, without success. This is very frustrating and I have tried to contact the senior
directors at Microsoft to no avail.
While hotmail informed customers of the changes, the new systems in place are failing thousands (if not more) of customers who had previously linked accounts.
Customers cannot access their accounts due to the reset password, customer support, code activation and senior support functions not working correctly or satisfactorily.
Do not send private responses and links to information, that is not the request here and this repetitive behaviour from Microsoft does not resolve these issues as we have already seen on many of these pages before us.
What is Microsoft doing to resolve this issue and when will this be fixed please?
