Someone (i know who!) has been logging onto my Hotmail account, and forwarding emails to themselves. They have attempted to delete those forwarded emails, but I can see them in my 'trash' folder, as I recovered them. I'm utterly devastated as they are personal emails, and work related too.

The police are already investigating this same person for hacking into my Gmail account, but on Gmail you can see  an 'activity' of IP logs, and locations where your account has been accessed. I now need to obtain the same information from Microsoft for a specific date, so I can give the activity log of the IP address used to access my emails to the police too, they can then prosecute.

How can I get the list of the activity of IP logs for my account for 3rd September 2013 (the same date when all the emails were forwarded!).?

 I need this rather urgently as we have a court date for October.
