I noticed this problem around 1-2 years ago. I log on to hotmail and saw that all my entire inbox was empty. I even had separate folders such as "Important" and they were all gone. 

Now I'm in need of those e-mails and there is no way to recover them. This is ridiculous!! How can I trust outlook if all my e-mail are cleared without explanation?
