Hi there,

How do you get MS support to actually help you.  I had an open ticket which support would close every other day even though the problem wasn't fixed.  Now the ticket is completely gone, and 11 months has gone by.  My hotamil inbox has been inaccessable.  How does one go about getting this fixed as clearly the "listed" way doesn't work.
