my email has Arabic/? directions and I can not read or delete....can you please check and remove what instruction who ever installed

Who sent e.mails to all my accounts saying I needed $1200.00, This is not the problem...

Some  how he has added stuff that I feel will forward any thing I do...If you look at my Hotmail or Outlook account you see what I mean.

I have no ideal what I can do....
