2nd time, since no reply from the first, I have had my hotmail account hacked/phished, etc, and cannot get in, persons have changed all the information as to make it so I cannot recover it through the support survey. I NEED help asap and I cannot understate the extreme importance of getting help. Email is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, and I cannot get any help from any site whatsoever- in fact, the lack of support has given birth to a new type of scammer, the "hotmail recovery pc" websites, the 888 or 800 numbers that prey on desperate people trying to get their lives back. Look, I have windows 8, and have been faithful to the microsoft brand (htc windows phone 8x, xbox over ps2,3, etc) but I really need you to pull together and help me on this- my life is at stake here- all my business contacts and important documentation are stored on hotmail. HELP PLEASE.
