My hotmail account had a virus or was hacked. My account was blocked.  I made several attempts to recover my account by fillling out the questionnaire, however i was denied recovery and not allowed to make any more attempts until tomorrow.  This is a 10 year old account that I have never had issues with until now. Now being, 2 weeks before my wedding. Thanks hotmail
