hi there, I just got my phone back from the store and they re set it as it was having issues. I have uploaded the hotmail app I used to have, have put in my hotmail email (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) clicked on 'other domain' and put in my password, but the app wont recognise it, it keeps saying connecting' then reverts back to log in page. please hlep
