I took my email off my mother’s account and put her 2nd email account on instead as an alias/back up email account. Now when I sign in it says my Hotmail account I have had for 15 years no longer exists! I am sooooooooo sad! Is there a way to recover it? I don’t understand how its closed when I didn’t attempt to do that.
