I've used hotmail for many years without any significant problems. It's only after the changeover to Outlook I have had any problems. I don't know for sure if there is any connection, but...
Anyway, I had this problem once before almost exactly a month ago. After a few days of being unable to access my emails the problem seemed to resolve itself and things resumed as normal. I assumed it was just some technical glitch that been been fixed.
A couple f days ago the same problem re-emerged and is still occring.
Note that I don't believe there is anything wrong with my computer (I use a MacBook Pro laptop) as I have other email accounts that are operating normally. No other functions of any kind seem to be affected. It's only hotmail which is giving me grief (again).
Can anyone tell me what to do to fix this?
