When I tried to open my Hotmail account this a.m., I was referred to outlook.com.  I signed up for that e-mail service and attempted to transfer my Hotmail e-mails.  At this point, nothing has transferred and I need my e-mails.  What can I do?  I don't want outlook.com if I cannot get my Hotmail e-mails.
