can anyone help me, I am no longer able to open any of my e-mails or swap between inbox, sent items and drafts.

I am also unable to attach any files to any e-mil that I am attempting to send. This has only been since Hotmail has changed to Outlook, this is driving me crazy as having to use a mates e-mail account to get messages to people. Many  Thanks
