hotmail doe not work for more than 1 hour

I till have problem with my hotmail, I cannot enter in my hotmail, I already clean all data, cook..etc but does not help. 
Please Is it possible that I have some help???
I'm waiting for more than 1 hour.
I tried access my outlook with Safari, Google Chrome and Iphone none work!!
