After doing the mandatory sign up with Outlook from Hotmail found all contacts were not kept as promised.  I have tried for 2 wks now to obtain my contacts to no avail - no one seems to be able to help me get them back - I have tried on-line, phone, and get nowhere.  They actually seem to not care.  Anyone else have this problem?
