All of my contacts disappeared after the switch to outlook.  You wrote a private message to one of the questions here to look into the matter.  Would you please look into this matter for me as well.   Fifteen years of contacts - just gone....that's unacceptable and a major problem.   If only the interfaces switched then somewhere hotmail must still have the contacts.   My email is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
