As of today I  can not access my hotmail account, since the change. unfortunately all my emails are in there, so are the contacts, how can I retrieve my information oflong years, since they were not merged to my live.de account.

Can anyone help please.

The information in my hotmal.com account are important and I need access or the chance to transfer everything into the live.de account.
