my hotmail.co.uk email account have recently been changed to outlook.com but supposedly retaining my hotmail.co.uk address. but I have not received any e-mails since the change other than some test messages I have sent from other e-mail addresses. but anything with attachments or pictures do not go through. I am also not able to send e-mails with attachments to my hotmail account. I have had this account for years and have never had a problem but since it was changed automatically to outlook.com it has become a problem. It is a major problem for me as all my contacts for work have my hotmail.co.uk address and I am not able to receive them. I am also having trouble sending them from this account. I did have messages from outlook saying my mailbox was filling up too quickly and I had to delete messages to enable reception which I have done but it has not made any difference.
