Our company is using the email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as our work email, it works well for past a few years. However it had to be verified since yesterday when we tried to sign in because of it said "It looks like someone else might be using your account".
Because it is used by our company, so it might be used by a few people meanwhile. We tried to verify, But the alnative email address has been disabled, the alnative email address comes from a domain was cancled. And the *** Email address is removed for privacy *** was applied a few years ago
by one of my colleagues who has left our company, we can not reach her any more, so nobody knows what is the security question answer.
We most used this email from our company, so I think you can check the IP use record to verify. Could you please help us on this emergency issue? Our business is waiting for some important emails.
