For several hours now and despite several log offs/on as well as rebooting the pc

even though I am able to log onto my Hotmail account, I can not open or delete emails.

On several occasions I was able to reply to an email hence be able to read it however I have

emails with pdf attachments which I can not access the attachment therefore I can't deal with those.

Can anyone please help me out?
