I attempted to log in on my hotmail account from a computer in another locale. My account was blocked. I asked for a text code, that option was refused to me.  As I was not at home a code to home phone was useless. I couldn't remember my password to my other account, used only for these kind of purposes. Have had nothing but problems since then. I have been asked to supply info from my email. Sure, I remember all of what's in my box, ie subject titles. So far, there has nothing but unhelpful emails from MSN support. This is a very simple fix, just text a code to my cell phone.  I am not even sure why I have been sent here by my latest email from support. I attempted to get a text code this morning from a link sent by support, again that feature not available/not working. I asked that it be sent to my home phone, phone immediately rang with nothing but static.  Seems like all I am getting is re-routed with no real help. Why? Why did my address/password work for this site? Now that this posted what do I do? Sheesh, you'd think I was trying to hack into the Pentagon. All I want is access to my email account, not state secrets.  How am I going to get notified? Sent to my account that I can't access?
