I have been trying to retrieve my blocked account for a while now. Talked to multiple CSR pointing me in different directions. I need this email back so i can once again regain access to my live account. I have tried resetting the password multiple times, Through alternate email and also phone verification codes. I get to reset the password but once i sign in with the reset password i still receive an account temporarily blocked message. Supposedly the reason it was blocked was something to do with the ToS. I have no had access to this account in over a year but i would really like to retrieve information and recover my live account from it. I was told the moderators here were able to help me with my specific inquiry. I have posted service tickets to multiple different areas including Xbox, hotmail, and microsoft.
