I have lost my hotmail acct. entirely! It did not merge with outlook.com as promised. When, in mid-June I logged into my hotmail acct., I was forced into outlook.com and had to choose a new password. For about 6 weeks I could toggle between the two. Two weeks ago hotmail disappeared, and with it all my folders, address book, everything. How do I get it back?
