I am so angry! I can't get into my Hotmail account, I have tried to submit the form that Microsoft sends for you to validate your personal information but I have had it rejected 3 times now. Which I think is ridiculous because I am COMPLETING the entire form & still not enough information. UGH! Anyways now my kid can't play on his Xbox Live account because of the hacked email. I see where other people had the same problem but I never see a happy ending when stuff like this occurs. I completely frustrated & need help..Please & Thank you.
