Hi,

I have an hotmail account which I have not been using say around 3-4 years. When I  tried to login again and change the password, the prompt error says that the email account does not exist. I have contacted Microsoft online agent and email as well. The agents have confirmed that the account has been deleted and is no longer in their database. I have a past email proving that the email address is correct. My question, are there any other ways to recover this email account? Please help.
