My mother's friend is having an issue signing in to her hotmail account. She has been using her email, but today she got an error saying, "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different email address or get a new account. "

Does anyone know how this can be fixed? We are certain that we are attempting to login to the correct account, because she uses it to login to her Facebook account.
