Hi overnight my hotmail account which been using for over 10 years ceases to exist - last received an email last night and then no access to microsoft account.  - can't even change the password not sure if been hacked  need help  did get email to ask to verify details on Monday did so and was taken though to my hotmail account - user name is correct, actively use my account.
