Hi,

I have a very important email account which is linked to iTunes account, work emails as well as personal information etc.

I recently attempted to access it because I needed to vertify the account in order to log into my iTunes to restore my phone. However when I tried to sign into the Hotmail account it told me that the email does not exist and I need to enter a new one or create an outlook address.

This email is very important and without access to it I cannot access any other accounts of mine and without access I also cannot change my accounts to be linked to my all day use email account.

Please help.
