It posts message saying 'someone might be using your account'. It's asking me to type in the security code that they sent out to my secondary email account that I put in like 10 years ago which that I don't even have access to.  

I've typed info regarding my recent sent email addresses, name of folders that I've created but for some reason, it's not working.  

I am in the middle of escrow closing so I really need to get back the access and it's just kept on making me go around the circle.

Please somebody help.
