Since last night EST, I have not been able to access my Hotmail account, an account I have consistently used for the past 15 years. I have been prompted to fill out a security form which I have done twice, but not the the satisfaction of the system. I
largely use this account for business transactions, so the subject and email addresses are not easily replicable. Per MSFT support instructions, I set up a new hotmail account to allow for communication while we resolve this issue. I can provide un/pw for
