Although i have seen few posts like this ....but none worked for me 

My hotmail account keep on changing the password on it own not accepting old password.... have applied all possible solution long tough passwords of 16 words but problem persists and finally yesterday it been hacked completely changed all my security & recovery options

managed to fill the form & thanks to hotmail team they helped me to recover it .but i fear hacker will do it again

Please anyone help me out
