Ok, so all of my problems stem from when ever I try to do anything on xbox live it wants to verify my email and password. I do have xbox live and it is paid for. I had forgotten my hotmail password and security question, tried the "I can't use any of these options" and it failed. They sent me a message that "Unfortunately, our automated system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient" and "We have taken the additional step of blocking your account". I can't remember all the information because I set up that account more than ten years ago. Then I went on the community forum and posted a message on one where other people were having the same problem as me, no reply.
