My account is having an odd issue once I've logged in I get this error: 

I tried different browsers/different devices, I've changed my password, I've verified by SMS i've called live chat who directed me here, I chat on the phone who told me to reset my password again which did nothing... Very dissapointed so far considering it's a critical account I need access to.
