My Hotmail account has recently been blocked. When I try to sign in, it tells me that somone else might be using my account. I've tried proving my validating by using my phone and recieving a code but that didn't work. I've also filled out numerous recovery forms and that didn't work either. It kept telling me that I didn't supply enough information. I tried filling out the form the best that I could (the account was created 4 years so it's hard to remember all the little details). To make matters worse, the account is also linked to my Xbox LIVE profile. Now, when I signed on to my Xbox profile, I was prompted to update some security proofs. Normally, I would, but my account is blocked, I can't. Like I said, I've already tried filling out the recovery forms and that did not work. If anyone can help me, that would be greatly appreciated.
