What else can I do to get my account back? I am happy to provide any other information like what are the common emails i receive and mailing lists I subscribe to etc to get my account back.
Hi, I have a hotmail account that I've had for the past 10 year. It was hacked into yesterday (pretty sure of that as i received a whole trail of failed delivery receipts for some spam email and soon after i was signed out of all my hotmail sessions).
I attempted the questionnaire and unfortunately was unable to recover my account as I could not be sure of the answers to a lot of start up questions asked.
