Hello everyone, I have an account with microsoft (hotmail) and it was my first hotmail account. I've signed it with it at school so now when I try to sign in with it here, it thinks someone else is using my account. It has a backup email but for the life of me I can't figure out what it is. The submission form always comes back saying I don't have enough information  to verify its my account and believe me, I've put in every single detail I knew about the account. It just makes me furious that it's MY account, you'd think a company like microsoft would have better solutions for problems like these. I need this account because it's linked to crucial financial business and I cannot receive my money without this account. I need staff help, please and thanks.
