To Whom It May Concern,

I have had two hotmail accounts for years now. I have linked one of these accounts to the one I use the most often. Since the upgrade I cannot find the link to access the other account. It's been linked for years that I don't even remember the password to the linked account. How do I gain access to it or has hotmail severed the link?

I cannot seem to get help from their technical support as their website has a multitude of crazy links to go through before you can get help and the page that asks you to click the location doesn't work despite fiddling with the cookies as suggested! I need to gain access to my old account sinc eit has my facebook details and everything. How do I access that link again?!?!?

Please Help!
