To whom it may concern

I have just recently started experiencing issues with my hotmail account.
I am able to send messages from my hotmail account, but i'm unable to see the returned messages

i have checked all safe senders, spam filters, junk mail folders etc, no settings have been changed and i havent been sending out spam

what do i need to do? i have cleared cookies and cache
