I try to sign into this email and it says it has been blocked. The email i used as my alternate is a very old email that i haven't used in years and i don't know the information for it. So i click the "I can't verify this account" and i fill out the form but always comes back as they could not verify my account. All i want to do is have my alternate email changed so i can activate my account again and get back into it. Any help would be very helpful.
