Hi, so my hotmail account has been blocked 'for my safety' - i need to access it, I have reset the password but this did not work. I then filled out the questionaire to the best of my ability three times but it failed each time (mainly because I dont have any folder names, I dont send many emails and only recieve them). I have recently lost my phone also, so the code was not an option. I am overseas and I need to access the account what can I do?
