Hi - Please Help - my account was hacked a couple of weeks ago and i have been unable to log in since.

i have been dancing around trying to reset my account for the last 2 weeks - i have followed link after link and filled in form after form and am getting nowhere.

the recovery email address was for a firm i no longer work at so theres no chance of me being able to use that address.

i have provided as much information as i can remember including: last passwords / folders created / last email add sent to / subjects etc - but i continuously get the following email:

"We recently received a request to recover your Microsoft account **********@hotmail.co.uk. Unfortunately, our automated system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership"

I DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER INFORMATION !!!! - IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN SOLVE THIS ????
