Hi,


I have been getting the message that my account requires verification and that only after I verify myself, I can access to my emails. I have filled in the form multiple times and was sent a message that the information given was not sufficient but that is the best that I can remember considering that the email was created almost 10 years ago! The alternative email given was not what I used to have or even had! I have tried calling to your support center and was given this forum to seek help. I have tried all the links given by your support center and this is the last option which I hope could help me with the problem.  I have been using Hotmail as my primary account for years now and I would appreciate a prompt reply from you to help unblock my account as I need to access to the emails.
